Lisa Rutenberg, granddaughter of AR Homes® founder Arthur Rutenberg, leads with a deep family legacy and a degree in accounting from the University of Florida. A third-generation homebuilder, she delivers exceptional custom homes across Gainesville and Alachua County. Lisa is a dedicated wife, mother of two, and community advocate, actively supporting Tyler’s Hope and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Brenda is a lifelong Gainesville native and has been with AR Homes® since 1998. She became VP of Sales & Marketing in 2012. With extensive experience in real estate and construction, she plays a vital role in client success. Brenda is a proud mom and grandmother who enjoys spending her free time outdoors near rivers, lakes, and the ocean.
Allyson, a Florida native and St. Petersburg College alumna, began her career as a Broker’s Assistant and now brings nearly a decade of experience to AR Homes®. Her background in real estate and marketing, combined with deep community knowledge, makes her a key team member. Allyson enjoys life outside work with her son, Connor, often attending sporting events or relaxing by the water.
Originally from Atlanta, Kourtney now calls Florida home and brings a strong background in business, communication, and project management to her role. She is dedicated to guiding clients through a smooth and stress-free homebuilding experience with AR Homes®. Outside of work, Kourtney enjoys life with her husband, Nate, and their three children, spending time outdoors, relaxing by the water, and cheering on the Gators.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Kim studied at SUNY Purchase and spent time abroad in Paris before settling in Gainesville in 2015. With nearly 20 years of experience, she helps clients create personalized homes grounded in great design. She finds joy in turning visions into reality. Outside of work, Kim enjoys concerts with her husband, knitting with her daughter, her son’s guitar playing, and finding inspiration through travel.
